  • How Visualization Reduces Stress

    Visualization is crucial for mastering a positive mindset. You hear about athletes, business owners, successful entrepeneurs and many other successful people using visualization and attribute it to being one of the keys of their success. 

    The reason visualization works is because it stimulates your imagination which also activates the subconscious mind. When something is vividly imagined, the subconscious mind doesn't know if it's "just pretend" or if it's actually real. SO, if you visualized yourself as being relaxed, guess what? You start to feel relaxed, and when you start to feel relaxed, you have a better attitude. 

    The best way get results is to visualize "your ideal relaxed self" reacting to situations in a calming way, and thus you start to create that for yourself. One of the best times to do this is at night as you're falling asleep. This is when your mind is most sensitive.
